Associated State definition

Associated State means a State which is party to an international agreement with the Community, under the terms or on the basis of which it makes a financial contribution to all or part of the Sixth Framework Programme.

Associated State means a State party to an international agreement concluded with the Union, in particular on the basis of Article 170 of the Treaty establishing the European Union under which that State makes a financial contribution to the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme.

The said agreement relates to cooperation in research, technological development and demonstration;
