Assumed Awards definition

Assumed Awards means the Assumed Options, the Assumed RSUs and the Assumed PSUs.
Assumed Awards means, collectively, all outstanding awards previously granted to employees and other service providers under the Assumed Award Agreements.
Assumed Awards has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(d).

More Definitions of Assumed Awards

Assumed Awards means “Company Options,” “Company SARs,” and “Company RSUs,” each as defined in the Merger Agreement, granted under the WebEx 2000 SIP prior to the Effective Time and that are outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, whether vested or unvested, and in the case of Company Options and Company SARs are unexpired and unexercised.
Assumed Awards means any award granted under a Prior Plan, which award is assumed by Corebridge and converted into an Awardpursuant to the terms of the Employee Matters Agreement.
Assumed Awards means any Option, Restricted Stock award or Restricted Stock Unit Award, granted under the TiVo 2008 Plan or the TiVo 1999 Plan prior to the Effective Times and that are outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and held by either a Continuing Employee or Continuing Consultant, whether vested or unvested.
