Assumed Awards definition

Assumed Awards means the Assumed Options, the Assumed RSUs and the Assumed PSUs.
Assumed Awards means, collectively, all outstanding awards previously granted to employees and other service providers under the Assumed Award Agreements.

Assumed Awards has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(d).
Assumed Awards means any award granted under a Prior Plan, which award is assumed by Corebridge and converted into an Awardpursuant to the terms of the Employee Matters Agreement.
