ASX Clear Rules definition

ASX Clear Rules means the operating rules of ASX Clear as amended from time to time.
ASX Clear Rules means the operating rules, procedures, directions, decisions, requirements, customs, usages and practices of ASX Clear as amended from time to time.
ASX Clear Rules means the ASX Clear Operating Rules (operating rules of ASX Clear) as amended from time to time. ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd ABN 49 008 504 532. ASX Settlement Rules means the operating rules of ASX Settlement as amended from time to time.

  • You agree that in the event of any inconsistency between this document and any applicable laws, the Exchange Rules, ASX Clear Rules or ASX Settlement Rules, the latter will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

  • Subject to the ASX Operating Rules, the ASX Clear Rules and the ASX Settlement Rules, Morrison Securities may assign or transfer its rights under this agreement without the consent of the Client and free from any rights of set-off or counterclaim.

  • Words used in this document (including in Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and Schedule 4 have the meanings given to them in the Exchange Rules, ASX Clear Rules or the ASX Settlement Rules.

  • ASX Clear Rules means the operating rules of ASX Clear as in force from time to time.ASX Derivative Product has the meaning given to it in clause 1.

  • If you require a copy of these definitions please contact the Intermediary.You agree that in the event of any inconsistency between this document and any applicable laws, the Exchange Rules, ASX Clear Rules or ASX Settlement Rules, the latter will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

  • However, the Recovery Handbook does not form part of these Recovery Rules, the ASX Clear Rules or the ASX Clear (Futures) Rules.
