Customer acknowledges the possibility of an unscheduled, continuous and/or interrupted period of time during which ATM Service is unavailable or fails to conform to the Technical Specifications below ("Outage").
Additional charges apply for the Domestic Sprint Frame Relay to Domestic Sprint ATM Service Interworking PVCs.
CenturyLink’s Underlying Services include: Domestic Private Line Service, EPL, Optical Wavelength Networking Service (including Internet Ports, Private Ports, and Enhanced Ports), ATM Service, Frame Relay Service, Dedicated Domestic Outbound/Inbound Long Distance Service (“Long Distance”), and related Local Access Service.
If backhaul routing is required to complete Customer’s Diversity order for Networking (including Internet Ports and Private Ports,) ATM Service, Frame Relay Service, or Long Distance, Customer will pay the backhaul charges for each diversely routed circuit and for iQ Networking service, the Backhaul Pricing Attachment will be attached to this Service Exhibit.
For the convenience of the parties, Private Line, Frame Relay, and ATM Service will be provided by WorldCom subject to the rules and regulations set forth in the WorldCom Network Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of WorldCom, applicable tariffs (the "Tariffs"), in addition to the terms and conditions set forth hereto.
For purposes of this Agreement, any references to Service in the Tariffs shall be deemed to refer to Private Line, Frame Relay and ATM Service.

You shall have the right to cancel ATM Service or use of your Card for any and all Accounts at any time upon written notice to us of the cancellation.
You will use the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Service (the “ATM Service”) strictly in accordance with our instructions as revised from time to time.
ATM Service may include the following: (i) equipment necessary to support the ATM Service including equipment located on Customer's premises and equipment located on WorldCom's premises, (ii) local access facilities, (iii) a Network Node (as described below) for each location requiring connectivity to the WorldCom network, and (iv) maintenance of the equipment and services provided by WorldCom.
