Trust Deed means the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2002 of UTI Mutual Fund.
Grant Deed shall have the meaning given thereto in Section 6.1(a) hereof.
this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed, the Schedules (as from time to time amended, modified and/or supplemented in accordance with this Trust Deed) and any other document executed in accordance with this Trust Deed (as from time to time so altered) and expressed to be supplemental to this Trust Deed.
MOA means the Ministry of Agriculture of the Borrower;
Security Deed means the security deed dated on or about the Series Issue Date of the ETC Securities entered into as a deed by the Issuer, the Trustee and any other parties thereto by the execution of the Issue Deed and in the form of the Master Security Terms (as amended and/or supplemented by the Issue Deed) and as such Security Deed is amended, supplemented, novated or replaced from time to time.
Supplemental Deed means a deed supplemental to this Deed, executed by the Management Company and the Trustee, after seeking approval of the SECP, to modify, add to, alter and amend or amend and restate the provisions of this Deed or any other Supplemental Deed in such manner and to such extent as may be considered expedient for all purposes, which shall be consolidated, read and construed together with this Deed.
Deed of Covenant means, in relation to a Ship and if required by the laws of the Approved Flag State, a deed of covenant collateral to the Mortgage on that Ship and creating charges over (inter alia) that Ship, her Earnings, her Insurances and any Requisition Compensation in the Agreed Form;
Master association means an organization that is authorized to exercise some or all of the powers of one or more associations on behalf of one or more common interest communities or for the benefit of the unit owners of one or more common interest communities.
Deed of Charge means the English law deed of charge that may be entered into between the Guarantor and the Representative of the Covered Bondholders (acting on behalf of the Covered Bondholders and the Other Creditors);
Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Head Lease or “Superior Lease” means the document which sets out the promises the Landlord has made to the Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Head Lease will bind the Tenant if he has prior knowledge of those promises.
this Deed means this Deed and Schedules all read together.
Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;
Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;
Security Trust Deed means the Security Trust Deed executed by, inter alia, the Borrower, the Guarantor, the Collateral Agent, the Facility Agent, the Original Secured Creditors (as defined therein) and the Delegate Collateral Agent and shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit P or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Facility Agent.
Tax Deed means a tax deed prepared under section 379 and includes the title conferred by the registration of the tax deed.
Building Contract means a contract entered into between the Grant Recipient and a Building Contractor relating to the construction, repair, refurbishment, conversion, development and/or Rehabilitation (as applicable) of a Firm Scheme; Building Contractor means any building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;
Subordination Deed means a subordination deed entered into or to be entered into by, inter alia, each Subordinated Creditor and the Agent in agreed form;
Relevant Declaration means the declaration relevant to the Shareholder as set out in Schedule 2B of the Taxes Act.
Master Trust Deed means the Master Trust Deed dated 8 October 1997 between the Trustee and SAS, as amended from time to time.
Mortgage Addendum means the addendum to the Mortgage in the agreed form.
Deed of Assignment means the deed of assignment of the Shareholder Loan in the agreed form set out in Schedule 6 (Deed of Assignment) to be entered into between the Seller and the Buyer upon Completion.
Default Management Charge has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.2 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);
the Scheme means the Local Government Pension Scheme in
Owners Association means any association or organization created pursuant to the Owners’ Association Documents.
Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
