Audit Agent definition

Audit Agent means the selected Contractor.

Audit Agent means for so long as it is a Lender under this Agreement, General Electric Capital Corporation, a New York corporation, in its capacity as audit agent for the Lenders and not in its individual capacity as a Lender, and any successor audit agent in such capacity appointed by the Lenders.

  • Credit Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent for the lenders party to the Credit Agreement, or any successor or successors party thereto.
