AUDITOR INDEPENDENCE RULES definition

AUDITOR INDEPENDENCE RULES means the auditor independence rules, as defined or interpreted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the ISB, the state boards of accountancy and any other regulatory authority exercising competent jurisdiction over KPMG, as the same may be amended from time to time.
AUDITOR INDEPENDENCE RULES has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.
AUDITOR INDEPENDENCE RULES means the auditor independence rules as established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Commission, the ISB, the state boards of accountancy and any other duly constituted regulatory authority, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • ISO-NE Rules means all rules and procedures adopted by NEPOOL, ISO-NE, or the RTO, and governing wholesale power markets and transmission in New England, as such rules may be amended from time to time, including but not limited to, the ISO-NE Tariff, the ISO-NE Operating Procedures (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the ISO-NE Planning Procedures (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the Transmission Operating Agreement (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the Participants Agreement, the manuals, procedures and business process documents published by ISO-NE via its web site and/or by its e-mail distribution to appropriate NEPOOL participants and/or NEPOOL committees, as amended, superseded or restated from time to time.

  • Exchange Rules means the listing rules of The OTC Marketplace.

  • PRA Rules means the Rules included within the PRA handbook issued by the PRA.

  • Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.

  • Stock Exchange Rules means the applicable rules of any stock exchange upon which Shares are listed;

  • NIGC means the National Indian Gaming Commission.

  • Scheme Rules means the applicable SEPA direct debit or credit transfer scheme rules of the European Payments Council as amended from time to time.

  • Professional Conduct Committee means the professional conduct committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(2)(b);

  • AIM Rules means the rules published by the London Stock Exchange governing admission to AIM and the regulation of AIM companies as amended or re-issued from time to time;

  • Procurement Policy Board or “PPB” shall mean the board established pursuant to Charter § 311 whose function is to establish comprehensive and consistent procurement policies and rules which have broad application throughout the City.

  • Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.

  • FSA Rules meanss the rules, guidance, principles and codes comprised in the Handbook of Rules and Guidance issued by the FSA.

  • CPUC means the California Public Utilities Commission.

  • MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
