The Services shall not be made available to the Client (or its Authorised Data Processor) until the Authorised Data Processor has entered into an Adherence Agreement with TransUnion which governs the use of the Services by the Authorised Data Processor acting on behalf of the Client.
Data Processor means an entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller.
Subprocessor means any person appointed by or on behalf of Processor to process Personal Data on behalf of the Company in connection with the Agreement.
Cardholder means an individual, company, firm or other body to whom a Card has been issued at any time and who is authorised to use that Card;
End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
authorised person means the Client or any person (including any individual or entity) authorised by the Client to act on its behalf in the performance of any act, discretion or duty under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any officer or employee of such person) in a notice reasonably acceptable to the Custodian.
