Authorised Installer definition

Authorised Installer means any party authorised by imagine to install the Equipment but not the Customer;

Examples of Authorised Installer in a sentence

  • This Warranty is also for the benefit of an End User where the Product has been installed by an Authorised Installer in accordance with these Terms.

  • This limited warranty applies to the Product supplied by Empower Energy to the Customer and installed by an Authorised Installer in accordance with these Terms.

  • Empower Energy is not obliged to release the Product to anyone other than the Customer, an Authorised Installer introduced by Empower Energy (where requested on the Product Order Form) or a person authorized in writing by the Customer to Empower Energy to collect the Product.

  • Any installation by a person who is not an Authorised Installer must be carried out strictly in accordance with the Installation Manual taking into account the individual circumstances of the place of installation and a failure to do so may void or exclude the Customer’s ability to claim under the Warranty.

  • Hotwire recommends that the Goods be installed by a registered Hotwire Installer (Authorised Installer).

  • In the event of a disagreement, the Authorised Installer has the option of providing cancellation notice by the specified term.

  • The “TEXA” and/or “eTRUCK” name and mark are granted to the TEXA Workshop under a user sub-license in accordance with the terms provided herein and may be used by the TEXA Workshop solely for identification and promotion on its premises of the eTRUCK Devices in accordance with the conditions provided herein and for performance of the Services, by always clarifying that it is an Authorised Installer.

  • authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.
