Authorised Instructions definition

Authorised Instructions means any directions and instructions from an Authorised Party provided in accordance with cClause 26 32 (Authorised Instructions).
Authorised Instructions shall have the meaning set out in Section 1.5.
Authorised Instructions has the meaning given to such term in the Custody Agreement.

Examples of Authorised Instructions in a sentence

  • The Custodian shall make Distributions or transfers of cash and monies out of a Cash Account pursuant to Authorised Instructions in accordance with Section 7.2. In making payments to service providers pursuant to such Authorised Instructions, each of the Issuer, the Note Trustee and the Security Trustee acknowledges that the Custodian is acting as a paying agent, and not as the payer, for tax information reporting and withholding purposes.

  • The Custodian may follow Authorised Instructions in providing pricing or other Market Data, even if such Authorised Instructions direct the Custodian to override its usual procedures and Market Data sources.

  • The ability to service such Authorised Instructions will only apply on the business days that such Mutual Fund is available for transactions in accordance with its own terms and Mutual Fund Documents.

  • In order for the Custodian to act, it must receive Authorised Instructions clearly marked as instructions for the decision via an Electronic Platform, SWIFT or, only to the extent that the Electronic Platform or SWIFT, as the case may be, is not available or if so agreed between the Custodian and the Issuer from time to time, by fax and by such time as the Custodian shall advise the Issuer from time to time.

  • Absent the Custodian's actual receipt of such Authorised Instructions by such deadline, the Custodian shall not be liable for failure to take any action relating to or to exercise any rights conferred by such Securities.

  • Authorised Instructions received with less than required notice will be dealt with on a reasonable efforts basis.

  • The Custodian shall be entitled to rely upon any Instructions actually received by the Custodian and believed by the Custodian to be from an Authorised Person ("Authorised Instructions".

  • Written Instructions means (i) written communications actually received by the Custodian and signed by an Authorized Person, (ii) communications by facsimile or Internet electronic e-mail or any other such system from one or more persons reasonably believed by the Custodian to be an Authorized Person.

  • Payment Instruction is as defined in Section 36 of the General Terms, and is further defined as the information provided by you to the Service for a bill payment to be made to the Xxxxxx (such as, but not limited to, Xxxxxx name, Xxxxxx account number, and Scheduled Payment Date).

  • Synchronous instruction means instruction where students engage in learning in the direct presence (remote or in-person) of a teacher in real time.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.
