  • Notwithstanding the aforementioned, BC may at its discretion act upon any instruction which it believes is a reasonably clear direction from Customer or Customer’s Authorised Trading Agent or in the alternate, BC may at its discretion refuse to act upon any authorised instruction which it believes to be unclear and/or ambiguous until such time as Customer or Customer’s Authorised Trading Agent clarifies any uncertainty in said authorised instruction.
