Authority Matrix definition

Authority Matrix means the summary of the authority and responsibilities ascribed to each of the Board, the Management Board and the Company’s shareholders, attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • The parties hereby establish the MCEB to make decisions and give approvals as defined in the Authority Matrix included as Schedule “C” and in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and any previous Agreements.

  • Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides.
