Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.
Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.
Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.
Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.
Certificate of approval means a certificate of approval obtained from the
Authorization Form means a form specified in s. 440.73.
Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.
Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.
certificate of authorization means a certificate of authorization issued to a professional corporation pursuant to the Public Accounting Act, 2004 to permit it to engage in the practice of public accounting;
UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Collateral Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Collateral Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement and each Mortgage.
Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.
Governmental Consent means any notice to, registration, declaration or filing with, exemption or review by, or authorization, order, consent or approval of, any Governmental Entity, or the expiration or termination of any statutory waiting periods;
Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.
Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.
Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular jurisdiction other than the U.S.
Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.
Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.
Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
Company Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b).
Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.
Sell Authorization means that Distributor needs to meet specific training and qualification requirements for each product included in an “On Premise” Product Family that Distributor wants to resell as set out in detail in the Distributor Program Guide and the applicable RSPI.
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
Completed application means an application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements of the Tariff, including any required deposit.
Informed Customer Consent means, in the case where consent is required: (1) the Customer is provided with a clear statement of the data or information to be collected and allowable uses of that data or information by the party seeking consent; (2) the frequency of data or information release and the duration of time for which the consent is valid; and (3) process by which the Customer may revoke consent. In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.
Authorization means, with respect to any Person, any order, permit, approval, consent, waiver, licence or similar authorization of any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction over the Person.
Certificate of Appropriateness means the written approval of a permit application for work that is appropriate and that does not adversely affect a resource.
