Auto Renewal definition

Auto Renewal. This Agreement will automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms (the "Renewal Term") unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current term.

• Auto-Renewal of Licensee’s enrollment in the Highcharts Advantage plan is made for the complete License and includes the same number of Developers and/or Customer Installations (as applicable) as set out in the License Statement.

More Definitions of Auto Renewal

Auto Renewal. : means You have already been an Accredited Business for a previous Accreditation Term and consequently the Accreditation is automatically renewed in accordance with Clause 4.4;
