Autocall Observation Date definition

Autocall Observation Date means each of the autocall observation dates as specified in Table 3 in the Annex or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of one or more Basket Components, the next following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day in relation to the relevant Basket Component.
Autocall Observation Date means, in respect of an Underlying, one of the following (as applicable):
Autocall Observation Date means each of the autocall observation dates as specified in Table 3 in the Annex or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of one or more Basket Components, the next following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day in relation to the relevant Basket Component. In the event of the postponement of the Underlying Valuation Date corresponding to the relevant Autocall Observation Date in respect of one or more Basket Components, the relevant Autocall Observation Date in relation to the relevant Basket Component shall be postponed accordingly.

Autocall Observation Date means each date specified as such in the Final Terms, subject to any adjustment in accordance with the FX Business Day Convention.

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • Final Observation Date means the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Observation Date. The Final Payment Date will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Observation Period means the period from, and including, the First Trading Date to, and including, the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.

  • Observation Date (k) means the "Observation Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If an Observation Date (k) is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Observation Date (k). The respective Early Payment Date (k) will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.

  • Major Trading Area or "MTA" means Major Trading Area as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. Part 24.202.

  • ii) Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Directory information means information contained in an education record of a student which would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed. It includes, but is not limited to: the student’s name, address, telephone listing, electronic mail address, photograph, date and place of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, grade level, enrollment status (i.e., full-time or part-time), participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members of athletic teams, degrees, honors and awards received, and the most recent educational agency or institution attended. It also includes the name, address, and telephone number of the student’s parent(s). Directory information does not include:

  • No Observable Acute Effect Level or "(NOAEL)" means any concentration equal to or less than the critical test concentration in a single concentration (pass/fail) toxicity test, conducted pursuant to Section 22a-430-3(j)(7)(A)(i) of the RCSA, demonstrating 90% or greater survival of test organisms at the CTC.

  • Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier.   • First Call Date means the date falling 36 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.

  • Observation means a method of collecting data on the performance of a teacher's assigned duties and responsibilities. An observation for the purpose of evaluation will be included in the determination of the annual summative evaluation rating and shall be conducted by an individual employed in the school district in a supervisory role and capacity and possessing a school administrator, Principal, or supervisor endorsement as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:9-2.1.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Determination Date means the “determination date” (or any term substantially similar thereto) as defined in the related Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
