Class A Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.
Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".
Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".
Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".
Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class A Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the sum of the Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2B Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2C Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2D Certificate Principal Balance and the Class R Certificate Principal Balance.
Class B Certificates The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.
Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".
Mezzanine Certificates Collectively, the Class M-1 Certificates, the Class M-2 Certificates, the Class M-3 Certificates, the Class M-4 Certificates, the Class M-5 Certificates, the Class M-6 Certificates, the Class M-7 Certificates, the Class M-8 Certificates, the Class M-9 Certificates and the Class M-10 Certificates.
REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.
Class A Certificate Any Class A-1 Certificate, Class A-2 Certificate, Class A-3 Certificate, Class A-4 Certificate, Class A-5 Certificate, Class A-6 Certificate or Class A-7 Certificate.
Class B-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".
Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class A Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class A Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the outstanding principal balance of the class A notes, less all amounts, other than investment earnings, on deposit in the accumulation account.In addition, on the maturity date for any class of class A notes, the principal required to be distributed to the related noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of that class to zero.
Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class B Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class B Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the principal balance of the class B notes.In addition, on the class B maturity date, the principal required to be distributed to the class B noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of the class B notes to zero.
Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (iv) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) the applicable Subordination Percentage and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period over the Overcollateralization Floor Amount.
