Successor Sponsor definition

Successor Sponsor means an entity that succeeds the Index Sponsor and continues calculation and publication of the Index, provided such Successor Sponsor is acceptable to Bank of Montreal;
Successor Sponsor means, in relation to the Underlying, a third party that may be responsible for the calculation and/or the management and/or the issuance of the Underlying in the place of the Index Sponsor.
Successor Sponsor has the meaning specified in the fourth recital hereto.
