Average Daily Value Traded definition

Average Daily Value Traded means, in respect of a share, the sum of Daily Value Traded over a specified period divided by the number of Business Days that fall in the specified period.
Average Daily Value Traded means, in respect of a Share, the sum of Daily Trading Volumes over a specified period divided by the number of Exchange Trading Days that fall in the specified period.
Average Daily Value Traded means, with respect to any Trading Day, the Average Daily Trading Volume for such Trading Day, multiplied by the daily VWAP for such Trading Day.

If the Company and the Holder are unable to agree upon the fair market value of such security, then such dispute shall be resolved pursuant to Section 11 with the term “Weighted Average Price” being substituted for the term “Exercise Price.” All such determinations shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination, reclassification or other similar transaction during the applicable calculation period.
