Average Net Selling Price definition

Average Net Selling Price means on a product-by-product basis, for a given product, Calendar Year and country, the aggregate Morphic Net Sales (expressed in the applicable local currency) of such product in such Calendar Year in such country, divided by the number of units of such product for which revenue has been recognized by Client in accordance with GAAP in such Calendar Year in such country.
Average Net Selling Price means, on a product-by-product basis, for a given product, Calendar Year and reference jurisdiction, expressed in the applicable local currency, the aggregate Net Sales, divided by the number of units of such product for which revenue has been recognized by the Parties.
