Average Net Selling Price definition

Average Net Selling Price means on a product-by-product basis, for a given product, Calendar Year and country, the aggregate Net Sales (expressed in the applicable local currency) of such product in such Calendar Year in such country, divided by the number of Units of such product for which revenue has been recognized by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with GAAP in such Calendar Year in such country.
Average Net Selling Price means the average of the relevant district’s Net Selling Price in the month immediately preceding the month in which the order is placed;
