Third Party Customers definition

Third Party Customers means those Crown corporations and non-government organizations (“NGOs”) as are listed in Schedule “C” attached hereto;

More Definitions of Third Party Customers

Third Party Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.2 of Exhibit A.
Third Party Customers means any persons or entities, other than Sequenom and IDT, and other than Sequenom Accounts that order products or services from IDT.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Commodity customer means a person for which a commodity intermediary carries a commodity contract on its books.

De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;
