Lessee is subject to the provisions of Part 15 of the Federal Aviation Regulations and any amendments thereto which are incorporated herein by this reference.
These provisions shall not limit the aircraft owner or pilot from performing routine, preventative maintenance on the aircraft as permitted by the Federal Aviation Regulations.
