Award Support Tool definition

Award Support Tool means a tool provided by the Authority to Customers that will enable a Customer to directly award a Call-off Agreement based on information developed from data provided by the Supplier as part of the Tender response that includes the geographical location of Supplier premises, Supplier Fees and Supplier discounts;
Award Support Tool means the award of a Call-Off Contract by the award procedure set out at paragraph 2 (Direct Award Procedure) of Panel Agreement Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure), as the same may be amended or updated from time to time in accordance with this Panel Agreement means the written document that is made available to the customer to assist them in using the services available under the Panel Agreement means fees paid for the Panel Services that are not based on the hourly, daily or monthly billable rates means the particular area (s) of law covered under the lot as detailed in schedule 2 of the Panel Agreement means the tool provided by the Authority to assist Customers in selecting a shortlist of Suppliers who are able to provide the Panel Services within a given geographical location

  • PSP or “PSPs” means the State’s IT Policies, Standards and Procedures. “SSAE” means Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) means the Federal repository into which an Entity must enter the information required under the Transparency Act, which may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.

  • PSU means Public Sector Undertaking

  • System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Direct Award Criteria means the award criteria to be applied for the award of Call-Off Contracts for Standard Services set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 (Award Criteria) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Contract Award Date means the date of the Contract award notice, which may take the form of a purchase order, signed Contract or Notice of Award, issued by the Authority.

  • Multiple Source Award means an award of an indefinite quantity contract for one or more similar services, items of tangible personal property or construction to more than one Offeror.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Performance Security means monetary guarantee to be furnished by the successful Tenderer for due performance of the contract placed on it. Performance Security is also known as Security Deposit or Performance Bank Guarantee.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Other Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Award grant. Each Other Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Performance Unit Award means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, a cash payment shall be made to the Holder, based on the number of Units awarded to the Holder.

  • CPSU means Central Public Sector Undertaking

  • Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Award Cycle means a period of consecutive fiscal years or portions thereof designated by the Committee over which Performance Units are to be earned.

  • Performance Unit Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Performance Unit Award.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Service Award means any Court ordered payment to Plaintiff for serving as Class Representative, which is in addition to any payment due to Plaintiff as a Settlement Class Member.
