Awarded Bidder or ‘Contractor’ means the Bidder or Bidders that receive any award of contract from the City as a result of this ‘Invitation to Bid
Awarded Bidder means any private or public entity, which will provide the services as per scope of work mentioned in this EOI cum RFQ to MMC under the contract after providing of LOA/work order.
Awarded Bidder means the Bidder selected by the City to serve as the City’s Contractor under the Agreement.

  • Accordingly, the equipment used in the demonstration shall create an express warranty that the actual equipment/product to be provided by the Awarded Bidder during the Contract term shall conform to the equipment used in the demonstration.

  • The County reserves the right to terminate this Contract, if, during the term of any contract the Awarded Bidder has with the County, the Awarded Bidder becomes involved as a debtor in a bankruptcy proceeding, or becomes involved in a reorganization, dissolution, or liquidation proceeding, or if a trustee or receiver is appointed over all or a substantial portion of the property of the Awarded Bidder under federal bankruptcy law or any state insolvency law.

  • The Awarded Bidder shall invoice the County, as specified in this Solicitation.

  • Designated Bidder means (a) an Eligible Assignee or (b) a special purpose corporation that is engaged in making, purchasing or otherwise investing in commercial loans in the ordinary course of its business and that issues (or the parent of which issues) commercial paper rated at least "Prime-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ or "A-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by S&P that, in the case of either clause (a) or (b), (i) is organized under the laws of the United States or any State thereof, (ii) shall have become a party hereto pursuant to Section 8.07(d), (e) and (f) and (iii) is not otherwise a Lender.
