Back Office Support Systems or “BOSS” means Back Office Support Systems, Inc., its Affiliates, its predecessors-in-interest, its successors-in-interest, and any other entity that directly or indirectly offers or provides telecommunication services and that is directly or indirectly controlled by Martin J.
