Base Business definition

Base Business means Affinia volume (units sold to Affinia) of 6.5 million units and non-Affinia volume (units sold to other customers of Haimeng) of 2.2 million units;

More Definitions of Base Business

Base Business means the crude oil marketing activity conducted by Link in the Geographic Area, which will be handled by ChevronTexaco after the Effective Date, as further described in Exhibit "H" and Exhibit "I", Section 1, each attached hereto.
