Base Contract Work definition

Base Contract Work for each Project means all work required under the Scope Documents, as in effect on the Work Order Date. Any Extra Work that was added to the Project by Discretionary HTFC Change shall also be deemed “Base Contract Work” after the effective date of such Discretionary HTFC Change.

  • If any portion of the Work is to be performed on a unit price basis, the Unit Price shall include all costs of coordinating and incorporating the unit-priced portion of the Work into the Base Contract Work.

  • As used herein a “Discretionary Owner Change” means Extra Work which materially changes the Base Contract Work and is specifically required by a written order of Owner describing the same.

  • If any portion of the Work is to be performed upon the timely exercise of an Option, the Option Price shall include all costs of coordinating and incorporating theOption-priced portion of the Work into the Base Contract Work.

Related to Base Contract Work

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • The Contract Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.
