Base Tonnage definition

Base Tonnage shall have the meaning prescribed for such term in subparagraph (c) of Article IV hereof.
Base Tonnage means the original 1,500 tons of solid waste services transported and removed by the Contractor to the City without any direct cost.
Base Tonnage means the quantity of coal to be supplied during each Contract Year under this Agreement as set forth in Section 6.1.

Examples of Base Tonnage in a sentence

  • Beginning in the first quarter of 2015 and for the remainder of the Term, Buyer may elect to increase or decrease the Base Tonnage to be delivered in a calendar quarter by an amount of up to [**] of the Base Tonnage to be delivered in such calendar quarter.

  • If Buyer fails to provide such notice for any Contract Year, the Base Tonnage for such Contract Year shall be the Base Tonnage as set forth in Section 2.1.

More Definitions of Base Tonnage

Base Tonnage means: (a) Prior to an Expansion (as defined below) and during any period subsequent to an Expansion when fewer than five production lines are being operated at Buyer's Plant: the total quantity of Alumina delivered hereunder each month; and (b) From and after the earliest month Buyer requires Alumina as feedstock for an Expansion (as defined below) and during subsequent periods when five production lines are being operated at Buyer's Plant: the quantity of Alumina delivered hereunder each month up to and including an annual rate of [CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN OMITTED FROM THIS EXHIBIT PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION]. For example, Base Tonnage in a 31-day month with an Expansion would be [CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN OMITTED FROM THIS EXHIBIT PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION].
Base Tonnage means Coal delivered or to be delivered under Clause 2.5.
Base Tonnage for Renewal Year 1 (July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026) means the tonnage of Dual Stream Recyclable Material represented by fully signed Amendments to the Designated Community Contracts in such form of this Amendment #1 based on the monthly reports submitted to the Department by the Contractor for the period July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, plus any reasonably expected annual tonnage for newly signed Designated Communities. “Base Tonnage” for Renewal Years 2, 3, 4 and 5 means the tonnage delivered during the prior Renewal Year plus any reasonably expected annual tonnage for newly signed Designated Communities. The AMV, as defined below, shall be reduced by the Tonnage Fee Adjustment, if any, during each Renewal Year.
Base Tonnage means the minimum quantity of Tons for each Category of Designated Recyclables that the Owner guarantees will be deliver or cause to be delivered to the Facility per Section 6

Related to Base Tonnage

  • gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Volume Commitment means the volume of NGLs that a Committed Shipper has guaranteed to ship on the Pipeline pursuant to its TSA.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Expedited Deliverability Study means a deliverability study that an eligible Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S) that may determine the extent to which an existing or proposed facility satisfies the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at its requested CRIS level without the need for System Deliverability Upgrades. The schedule and scope of the study is defined in Sections 25.5.9.2.1 and 25.7.1.2 of this Attachment S.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Cost Share means the member’s financial obligation for a covered Service. Depending on the plan type, Cost Share may include one or more of the following: deductible, Copay, Access Fee, and Coinsurance.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0. MAWA = (ETo) (0.62) [(ETAF x LA) + ((1-ETAF) x SLA)]

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.

  • Insurance Cost Increase shall not, however, include any premium increases resulting from the nature of the occupancy of any other lessee of the Building. If the parties insert a dollar amount in Paragraph 1.9, such amount shall be considered the "BASE PREMIUM." If a dollar amount has not been inserted in Paragraph 1.9 and if the Building has been previously occupied during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Commencement Date, the "Base Premium" shall be the annual premium applicable to such twelve (12) month period. If the Building was not fully occupied during such twelve (12) month period, the "Base Premium" shall be the lowest annual premium reasonably obtainable for the Required Insurance as of the Commencement Date, assuming the most nominal use possible of the Building. In no event, however, shall Lessee be responsible for any portion of the premium cost attributable to liability insurance coverage in excess of $1,000,000 procured under Paragraph 8.2(b).

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.
