The Mission contributes 10% from the employee’s Basic Annual Salary and the employee a minimum of 5% of the Basic Annual Salary.
In the case of a Share Purchase Plan Participant for whom the Board, on the recommendation of the Committee, has waived the 12-month employment requirement, the Share Purchase Plan Participant's Contribution shall not exceed 10% of his Basic Annual Salary from the Company and its Affiliates at the time of delivery of the direction, prorated over the remainder of the calendar year, before deductions and exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances of any kind whatsoever.
