Basic Annual Salary definition

Basic Annual Salary shall be the annual salary as determined in Article 31. It shall not include payment for extra duties nor stipends.
Basic Annual Salary means the basic annual remuneration of a Participant from the Corporation and Designated Affiliates exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances (whether received in cash, securities or otherwise) of any kind whatsoever;

  • The Mission contributes 10% from the employee’s Basic Annual Salary and the employee a minimum of 5% of the Basic Annual Salary.

  • The Basic Annual Salary shall be determined as a yearly amount, with one-twelfth (1/12) paid in monthly installments (hereinafter “the Monthly Installment”); however, when the individual is hired after the commencement of the academic year, the Basic Annual Salary for hires after the commencement of the academic year shall be divided by the number of months of the employment period, and the resulting amount shall be paid each month.


More Definitions of Basic Annual Salary

Basic Annual Salary means the basic annual remuneration of a Participant from the Employer exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances of any kind whatsoever or such other amount as may be determined by the Administrators from time to time as the Basic Annual Salary of the Participant;
