Baudax Group definition

Baudax Group means (a) Baudax, and any entity that is a Subsidiary of Baudax or will be a Subsidiary of Baudax immediately following the Distribution Effective Time, and (b) on and after the Distribution Effective Time, Baudax and any entity that is a Subsidiary of Baudax. Any member of the Baudax Group party to any Conveyancing and Assumption Instrument shall be a Baudax Designee for purposes of this Agreement.
