BCRUA Project definition

BCRUA Project means the regional water transmission and treatment system construction project including the construction of the Intake Facility and Tunnel to be constructed within the Village of Volente.
BCRUA Project means the regional water transmission and treatment system project including the Maintenance Building, Intermediate Drop Shaft, Piezometer Borings(Exhibit x), Xxxxxxx St Autoturn (Exhibit x), and Tunnel to be constructed within the Village of Volente.
BCRUA Project means the Maintenance Building (Exhibits B.1 and B.2), Intermediate Drop Shaft (Exhibit C), Piezometer Borings (Exhibit E), and portions of the Tunnel (Exhibit D) to be constructed within the Village of Volente.

  • At least 60 days prior to the mobilization at Site 4, BCRUA shall provide the Village a Traffic Management Plan (“TMP”) which shall be developed to help with the mobility, safety, and construction of the BCRUA Project.

  • Overhead expenses are paid by each city based upon certain formulas and reserve capacities in the BCRUA Project and/or the quantity of treated water actually delivered to each city.

  • BCRUA Project under this XXX will remain in effect as long as the BCRUA Project is not dormant pursuant to Chapter 245 of the Texas Local Government Code and has not changed to the point it would not be the same “project” pursuant to Chapter 245 of the Texas Local Government Code or case law interpreting Chapter 245, subject to the terms and conditions of this XXX.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Original Project means the Project described in the Original Financing Agreement.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.
