Bell Services definition

Bell Services or “Services” (as they will be called in this Contract) include the installation and provision of Internet Services (“Bell Internet”), Home phone Services (“Bell Home phone”), Internet Protocol Television Services (“Fibe™ TV”), Satellite Television Services (“Direct-to-Home” or “DTH”), and Alternative Internet Protocol Television Services (“Fibe TV App”), Programming (see Section 37) and any additional features. Together Fibe TV, DTH, and the Fibe TV App are called “Bell TV”. The Bell Services include additional equipment owned by Bell (including equipment rented from Bell) (“Bell Equipment”) that you may need to receive the Bell Services, such as devices, receivers, remotes, SmartCards, modems, routers, Wi-Fi pods, accessories, hardware, networks, platforms and/or other products. Bell Equipment does not include batteries owned by you. The Bell Services covered by this Contract do not include services provided to you by Bell Mobility.
Bell Services includes (a) all devices, equipment, Software (as defined in Section 9), hardware or other products owned, supplied or leased by Bell to be used in connection with the applicable Bell Services (“Bell Equipment”); and (b) any additional features, options or value added services the Customer selects, now or in the future as or will be listed on Customer’s invoice, when ordering Bell Services. The Agreement applies to all current and future Bell Services that the Customer obtains from Bell as listed on Customer’s invoice, with no additional copies or other evidence of agreement required to be delivered to Customer. Any additional Bell Services shall be billed at the then-current rates. Descriptions of certain of the Bell Services (and additional associated terms and conditions) are attached as schedules to these Terms of Service. Descriptions of these and additional Bell Services may be made available by Bell from time to time at xxxx.xx/xxxxxxxxx. Customer agrees to the additional terms and conditions located at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xx/xxxxx/, as may be amended from time to time to reflect terms and conditions mandated by the CRTC and which Bell is obligated to include in its agreements with Customer as a reseller of Bell services as a condition of Bell providing telecommunications services to Customer.
Bell Services means, collectively, the wholesale services listed in Schedule 2, provided by Xxxx Canada or Nexxia, in the Territory, to Teleglobe pursuant to the Specific Service Agreements and such other services as introduced by Xxxx Canada or Nexxia from time to time as contemplated by this Agreement and added, by amendment executed in writing by the Parties, to the list of Bell Services in Schedule 2, and a reference to a "Bell Service" means any one of them as the context may require;

Examples of Bell Services in a sentence

  • By agreeing to receive the Bell Services, you waive your moral rights and you authorize Bell to perform these activities in relation to your content anywhere in the world, solely as required for Bell to provide you the Bell Services.

  • Nothing in this Agreement limits Xxxx'x right to provision the Bell Services in any manner it sees fit.

  • We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you need to, you may contact Bell to cancel some or all of your Bell Services with the date you want cancellation to be effective on.

  • To provide Bell Services, Bell may need to use, copy, adapt, transmit, display, publish and perform, distribute and create compilations and derivative works from your content.

  • If this happens, you must pay these amounts on or before the required due date to avoid cancellation or suspension of your Bell Services.

  • Whenever Bell changes your telephone number on its own initiative, it must, unless there are insufficient central office terminations available, provide Bell’s Reference of Call service without charge until the earlier of termination of your Bell Services and the distribution of updated directories for that district showing the new number.

  • Bell may also replace, upgrade or modify the Bell Equipment required for the use of Bell Services, migrate your Bell Services to other networks or platforms, or change its suppliers and may do so without notifying you.

  • Bell cannot guarantee that the Bell Services will be compatible with all system configurations.

  • Bell does not guarantee that Bell Services will be compatible with all system configurations.

  • CIS is a European harmonized questionnaire, held every two years, containing questions about innovative activities in companies.

Related to Bell Services

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

Funeral services include, but are not limited to, care of dead human remains, embalming, preparation of dead human remains for final disposition, professional services relating to a funeral or an alternative to a funeral or final disposition of dead human remains, transportation of dead human remains, limousine services, use of facilities or equipment for viewing dead human remains, visitation, memorial services, or services which are used in connection with a funeral or alternative to a funeral, coordinating or conducting funeral rites or ceremonies, cremations, and other services provided in connection with a funeral, alternative to a funeral, or final disposition of dead human remains.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
