  • Obligation Characteristics means any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Sovereign Lender, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed and Not Domestic Issuance, and:

  • CLASS Features means certain CCIS-based features available to Customers, including: Automatic Call Back; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.

  • Case characteristics means, with respect to a small employer, the geographic area in which the employees work; the age and sex of the individual employees and their dependents; the appropriate industry classification as determined by the carrier; the number of employees and dependents; and such other objective criteria as may be established by the carrier. "Case characteristics" does not include claims experience, health status, or duration of coverage from the date of issue.

  • Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.

  • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.

  • Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Not Bearer, Maximum Maturity – 30 years.

  • layout plan means a plan of the project depicting the division or proposed division of land into plots, roads, open spaces, amenities, etc. and other details as may be necessary;

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Common promotional plan means a plan, undertaken by a person

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned.

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Distribution Tariff means the Distribution Tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission on an interim or final basis, as the case may be;

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
