Beverage License definition

Beverage License means a license or permit that is required by Law to permit the brewing, distilling, packaging and sale of Beverage Products by any Loan Party in accordance with its customary business operations and in accordance with the requirements of all applicable alcohol beverage control laws.

Beverage License means a license or permit that is required by Law to permit the brewing, distilling, packaging and sale of Beverage Products by any Loan Party in accordance with its customary business operations and in accordance with the requirements of all applicable alcohol beverage control laws. “Beverage Products” means spirits, beer, wine, wine cooler products, champagne, soft-drinks, and other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, and related products for the promotion, use or consumption thereof.

  • Alcoholic means a person in a state of dependency resulting from excessive or prolonged consumption of alcoholic beverages as defined in Iowa Code section 125.2.
