Nomination Day means the last day for filing or withdrawing a nomination as provided for by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes means an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.2(c).
Ballot means the ballots accompanying the Disclosure Statement upon which certain Holders of Impaired Claims entitled to vote shall, among other things, indicate their acceptance or rejection of the Plan in accordance with the Plan and the procedures governing the solicitation process.
Competitive Bid Reduction has the meaning specified in Section 2.01.
Competitive Bid Request means a request by the Borrower for Competitive Bids in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.2(b).

Demand Bid Screening means the process by which Demand Bids are reviewed against the applicable Demand Bid Limit, and rejected if they would exceed that limit, as determined pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10.1B, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.
Bid Deadline means the last date and time for submission of Bid in response to this RFP as specified in Bid Information Sheet;
Invitation for Bid (IFB means the solicitation document issued to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
Regular ballot means a ballot that is not a provisional ballot.
Invitation to Bid (ITB means an offer by a vendor to sell a product or service for a specific price that is based on the specifications or scope of the purchaser.
Competitive Bid Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Bid, the Margin or the Fixed Rate, as applicable, offered by the Lender making such Competitive Bid.
Bid Request means a written request for one or more Bid Loans substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1.
Demand Bid Limit means the largest MW volume of Demand Bids that may be submitted by a Load Serving Entity for any hour of an Operating Day, as determined pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10.1B, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix. Ballot issue means a question that has been approved to be placed before the voters or is otherwise required by law to be placed before the voters. “Ballot issue” does not include the nomination or election of a candidate.
Competitive Bid Margin has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d).
Competitive Bid Quote Request means a Competitive Bid Quote Request substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto completed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.3.2.
Voting Day means the final day on which the final vote is to be taken in an election and shall be Monday, October 24, 2022 with the close of voting to be at 8:00 pm.
Notice of Competitive Bid Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).
