Bidding Protocol definition

Bidding Protocol means the Bidding Protocol and Joint Bidding Arrangement, dated as of September 12, 2014 (as the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms), by and among Xxxxx, Limited, NSM, Lender, Guarantor, Borrower, and, for purposes of Sections 4 and 5 thereof only, American AWS-3 Wireless I L.L.C.
