Biofene Development Project Plan definition

Biofene Development Project Plan means the written Development Project Plan agreed by AMYRIS and TOTAL for the research, development, and scale-up production activities to be conducted pursuant to the Second Amendment (as amended from time to time, if applicable, pursuant to the Collaboration Agreement).
