Biotherapeutic Product definition

Biotherapeutic Product means (a) any therapeutic or prophylactic product for treatment or prevention of diseases or conditions in humans that comprises or incorporates (i) an antibody against a Mammalian Target, or (ii) an antisense compound based upon a Mammalian Target sequence, or (b) a gene therapy product based upon the sequence of a Mammalian Target.
