Black Lung Act definition

Black Lung Act means, collectively, the Black Lung Benefits Revenue Act of 1977, as amended and the Black Lung Benefits Reform Act of 1977, as amended.

Black Lung Act means the Black Lung Benefits Act of 1972, 30 U.S.C. §§ 901, et seq., the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, 30 U.S.C. §§ 801, et seq., the Black Lung Benefits Reform Act of 1977, Pub.
