BlackBerry Handheld Software definition

BlackBerry Handheld Software means RIM proprietary software (comprised of RIM proprietary: software, firmware, interfaces and Content, whether or not technically considered software code; and Third Party Components), or any portion thereof, designed for use on a Handheld Product that is: (a) loaded on Handheld Products as originally shipped by RIM; or (b) transmitted, distributed or otherwise made available to You by or on behalf of RIM from time-to-time for use on Your Handheld Product either directly or through a RIME Store. Examples of BlackBerry Handheld Software include the RIM proprietary operating system software and RIM proprietary applications pre-installed on a BlackBerry Handheld Product or made available through a RIME Store, and any RIM proprietary software product transmitted, distributed or otherwise made available by or on behalf of RIM from time to time specifically for use on Third Party Handheld Products. "BlackBerry Payment Service" is the RIM proprietary payment infrastructure which enables the purchase of In-App Products and other digital products and services through a RIME Store.

BlackBerry Handheld Software means BlackBerry proprietary software (comprised of BlackBerry proprietary: software, firmware, interfaces and Content, whether or not technically considered software code; and Third Party Components), or any portion thereof, designed for use on a Handheld Product that is: (a) loaded on Handheld Products as originally shipped by BlackBerry; or (b) transmitted, distributed or otherwise made available to The GSA Customer by or on behalf of BlackBerry from time-to-time for use on The GSA Customer’s Handheld Product either directly or through a BlackBerry Store. Examples of BlackBerry Handheld Software include the BlackBerry proprietary operating system software and BlackBerry proprietary applications pre-installed on a BlackBerry Handheld Product or made available through a BlackBerry Store, and any BlackBerry proprietary software product transmitted, distributed or otherwise made available by or on behalf of BlackBerry from time-to-time specifically for use on Third Party Handheld Products.

Examples of BlackBerry Handheld Software in a sentence

  • If You have paid RIM for such BlackBerry Handheld Software and are not in breach of this Agreement, You may be entitled to a refund of all or a portion of the amount You paid to RIM for such BlackBerry Handheld Software, as set forth in RIM’s then current refund policy for the BlackBerry Handheld Software.

  • The video calling features of BlackBerry Handheld Software are not interconnected with a public switched telephone network (PSTN), do not use telephone numbers to communicate with other devices, and are not designed or intended to be replacements for Your ordinary mobile or fixed line telephone.

  • Any updates or upgrades provided to You by RIM under this Agreement shall be considered BlackBerry Handheld Software, BlackBerry PC Software, BlackBerry Server Software, RIM Services or Third Party Software, as the case may be.

  • You may currently also install Paid Products stored in Your My World repository on up to five different Handheld Products with a compatible BlackBerry Handheld Software platform in any twelve month period following the date of purchase of the applicable Paid Product, but You cannot install any Product stored in Your My World repository on more than one Handheld Product at a time.

  • RIM may also provide You with items of BlackBerry Handheld Software that are specifically designed to enable You to access particular Third Party Services (e.g. My Space and MSN Messenger).

  • The BlackBerry Handheld Software may include software modules that allow users to extend certain of their existing desktop-based cryptography implementations (such as S/MIME Version 3.0 (or subsequent) or implementations based on the RFC 2440 standards, such as PGP) (each a "Desktop Cryptography Implementation") wirelessly to certain Handheld Products.

  • This Agreement and the licenses granted herein, do not imply any rights or entitlement to: (a) future upgrades or updates of the Software or Third Party Software; (b) in the case of BlackBerry Handheld Software on a Handheld Product, the ability to access applications, other than those included in the Software; or (c) acquire any new or modified Services.

  • You may also require an account with the Third Party Service provider in order to use this BlackBerry Handheld Software with certain features of the Third Party Service, which account will be governed by the terms and conditions You agree to in relation to the Third Party Service.

  • In most cases the BlackBerry Software License Agreement will be presented to the individual when he or she provisions the BlackBerry Handheld Software for use with BlackBerry Prosumer Services, and is otherwise available from RIM at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇.

  • This Agreement and the licenses granted herein, do not imply any rights or entitlement to: (A) future upgrades or updates of the Software or Third Party Software; (B) in the case of BlackBerry Handheld Software on a Handheld Product, the ability to access applications, other than those included in the Software; or (C) acquire any new or modified RIM Services.

Related to BlackBerry Handheld Software

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
