Blocked Target List definition

Blocked Target List has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.2.
Blocked Target List shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Blocked Target List means, on a Compound Owner by Compound Owner basis, a list of one or more targets against which Compounds in the ECC contributed by such Beneficiary cannot be screened or evaluated under the Project.
