Blum Funds definition

Blum Funds means (1) Blum Capital Partners, L.P. and its successors and (2) any investment vehicle or account that is an Affiliate of Blum Capital Partners, L.P. or its successors.
Blum Funds means (i) Blum Strategic Partners, L.P. (as successor to RCBA Strategic Partners, L.P.) and its successors, (ii) Blum Capital Partners, L.P. and its successors and (iii) any investment fund which is an Affiliate of Blum Capital Partners, L.P. or its successors.
Blum Funds has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Related to Blum Funds

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Excess Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(l) of this Agreement.

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.
