Board and Lodging definition

Board and Lodging means, for boarders, the School’s provision of accommodation for your child and any meals served as part of our boarding provision excluding any meals which are charged for separately as a Specified Charge;

Examples of Board and Lodging in a sentence

  • Article 9.01 The Company will provide Board and Lodging when an employee cannot reasonably return to his/her place of residence at the conclusion of the working day or shift.

Related to Board and Lodging

  • Lodging means living accommodations available to the employee for full-time occupancy which are adequate, decent, and sanitary according to usual and customary standards. Employees shall not be required to share a bed.

  • General Manager of Railway means the officer - in-charge of the General Superintendence and Control of the Railway and shall mean and include their successors, of the successor Railway;

  • Front-end Load means the Sales load which may be included in the offering price of the Units; provided however that different levels of Front-end Load may be applied to different investors, as determined by the Management Company. However aggregate of Front-end Load and Back-end Load should not exceed 3% of Net Asset Value.
