FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION. The accommodation will be in a flat, in which there will live more volunteers. Every one will share the room with another EVS volunteer. The volunteer has to respect the internal rules of the building. All the details about the rules will be included in the instructions the volunteers will receive at the arrival from the coordinator of the project. The volunteers will have a kitchen in common. -------- will buy her supplies and cook by herself; for this thing she will receive a sum of money each month. The management and the cleaning of the space have to be done in agreement with the room mates. A.C.T.O.R. reserves the right to check the rooms and to call a professional cleaning service, paid from your money, if the space is not clean. The damage made by the volunteers will be paid by them. In the apartment, the volunteers will have a computer with a cable connection to the internet and also will have a phone card with a Romanian number for local communications, which will be monthly recharged by us with the value of 10 euros. A monthly food allowance is provided (€ 60). At the end of each month the volunteer will have to give the project manager receipts in value of the food allowance money with the condition that the products on the receipts are eligible (no cigarettes, alcohol etc)

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION. The Owners/Company shall provide sufficient food of good quality, accommodation of adequate size and standard, bedding amenities and recreational facilities for the use of each Seafarer whilst serving on board, in accordance with ILO standards. When food and/or accommodation are not provided on board, the Owners/Company shall be responsible for providing food and/or accommodation of good quality ashore. The accommodation standards shall at least meet those criteria contained in relevant ILO instruments relating to crew accommodation.

The Employer shall respect the Employee’s privacy and shall provide the Employee with a place to live, which should include, at a minimum: (1) a separate bedroom, adequately furnished and ventilated, equipped with a secure lock (inside and outside) to which a key is provided to the Employee; (2) reasonable access to a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities; and (3) adequate lighting, electrical facilities, heating, and air conditioning in keeping with the household. The Employer shall provide the Employee with three meals per day of sufficient quality, quantity, and nutrition, adapted to any reasonable personal requirements the Employee may have, and at the Employer’s sole expense.
