Specified Charge definition

Specified Charge means a debt payable to the City in the maximum amount of $ , which may be revised in accordance with Section 2.4 herein, plus interest at 5% compunded per annum for each hectare of land to be developed as approved by the City, in accordance with the by-laws of the City, including, but not limited to, the Development Cost Charge By-law and Subdivision and Development By-law;
