Board Terms of Reference definition

Board Terms of Reference means the terms of reference for the Board approved by The FA Board (as amended from time to time);
Board Terms of Reference means the Terms of Reference of the Directors, established and modified by the Directors;
Board Terms of Reference means the terms of reference for the Board set out in Schedule 2.
