Boating facilities definition

Boating facilities. Means all over-and in-water facilities that facilitate as their primary purpose the launching or mooring of vessels, or serve some other water-dependent purpose. Facilities covered include piers and docks for commercial, industrial, recreational, residential or public access use; marinas; and boat launches.
Boating facilities means developments and uses that support access to shoreline waters for purposes of boating, including marinas, community docks serving more than four single-family residences or multi- family units, public piers, and community or public boat launch facilities.

Boating facilities means a facility designed for use by boats such as, but not limited to, boat ramps, boat lifts, docks, and floats.
