Bond Amount definition

Bond Amount means the amount specified in Annexure 1.

More Definitions of Bond Amount

Bond Amount means the amount of bonds (“the Bonds”) to be issued by the City Bodies in the approximate amount of Six Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($6,300,000) as further described in Section 2a below.

Bond Amount shall include the Applicant’s estimated cost to construct the Improvements, together with a reasonable contingency of 20% of said cost, intended to cover the costs of inflation and unforeseen conditions or other circumstances.
