Bond Financed Property definition

Bond Financed Property means all of the property of the Corporation financed or refinanced with the proceeds of the Series 2021 Bonds.
Bond Financed Property means any and all property of the Borrower financed or refinanced with the proceeds of the Series 2008 Bonds.
Bond Financed Property means that portion of the Premises under the Lease financed with the proceeds of the Bonds.

Bond Financed Property means all real and personal property originally financed in whole or part, directly or indirectly, with the proceeds of the Series 2008 Bonds and to be refinanced using proceeds of the Series 2017 Bonds.

  • Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.

  • Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9.

  • Financed Equipment is all present and future Eligible Equipment in which Borrower has any interest, the purchase of which is financed by an Equipment Advance.

  • Tax Exempt Bond-Financed Development means a Development which has been financed by the issuance of tax-exempt bonds subject to applicable volume cap pursuant to Section 42(h)(4) of the IRC.

  • Acquired Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.10(h)(i) hereof.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Sale and Servicing Agreement Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
