BPR Group means Brookfield Property REIT Inc., BPR OP, L.P. and any of their direct or indirect subsidiaries.

  • Any quotation given by BPR Group shall not constitute an offer, and is only valid for a period of 20 Business Days from its date of issue.

  • The limits and exclusions in this clause reflect the insurance cover BPR Group has been able to arrange, and the Customer is responsible for making its own arrangements for the insurance of any excess loss.
