Branch Lease definition

Branch Lease means the lease listed on Schedule 5 hereof.

Branch Lease shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(1).

More Definitions of Branch Lease

Branch Lease means all rights of Seller under that certain lease pursuant to which Seller holds a leasehold interest as tenant in the Branch Office, which lease is set forth on Schedule 6.4 attached hereto.
